The installation of Thailand's largest hydropower + photovoltaic + energy storage project was completed
On December 29, 2020 local time, the installation of the first phalanx of Thailand's Egat Sirindhorn Dam integrated floating body photovoltaic project was completed as scheduled under the general contract of Shanxi Academy of China Energy Construction Group.
In early 2020, project formulation and implementation of strict epidemic prevention and control plan, and composite strengthening field epidemic control, domestic employees via video conference, mail and apanage management way and the owners and employees cooperated-builing parties to communicate, cooperate closely, remote to carry out the design review, business negotiation, project coordination, such as work, project design, procurement, construction and orderly conduct. In July of that year, the Shanxi project team rushed to the site to promote the construction of the project. In October of that year, the project was hit by continuous typhoon and rainstorm during the peak period of installation. The project department and the construction party of the Thai consortium worked together to scientifically improve the construction technology and reasonably arrange the construction process, effectively reducing the adverse impact of the typhoon and rainstorm. In December of that year, the project department carried out "labor competition" and other activities to mobilize the enthusiasm of the site construction team, promote improvement by competition, improve the safety, efficiency and quality of the construction site management level. The implementation of these measures has effectively ensured the high-quality construction of the project.
Thailand's Egat Sirindhorn Dam integrated floating body photovoltaic project is the largest integrated energy project of hydropower + photovoltaic + energy storage in Thailand, with a planned capacity of 58.5MW and composed of 7 squares. After the construction of the project, it will greatly increase the proportion of new energy in Thailand and promote the development of local green energy.
