India terminates anti-dumping investigation on China-related photovoltaic cells and Modules
On 9 November 2009, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued a notice stating that in response to the application submitted by the applicant for the termination of the investigation, Decides to terminate the anti-dumping investigations on Solar Cells and modules (whether or not assembled into modules or panels) originating in or imported from China, Thailand and Viet Nam.
On 15 May 2021, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued a notice saying, Mundra Solar PV Limited and Jupiter Solar Power were represented by Indian Solar Manufacturers Association (ISMA) Limited and Jupiter International Limited submitted applications to initiate anti-dumping investigations against photovoltaic cells and modules originating in or imported from China, Thailand and Vietnam. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India has twice applied to postpone the issuance of the final award of the case, from May 15, 2022 to October 31, 2022. Products under Indian Customs Code 85414011 and 85411012 are involved.(News from guangfu.bjx)
